Recently, Bay Cities Racing Association (BCRA) officials including BCRA board member Bob Roza (right) presented Ken Clapp (left) of the West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall of Fame (WCSCMHOF) with a plaque in appreciation of his financial support of the final two 2020 BCRA midget races with the WCSCMHOF Challenge held at Petaluma Speedway on October 17 and October 24.
