2018 was a good year for the Bay Cities Racing Association adding three drivers to the 2017 National Midget Auto Racing Hall of Fame. Dick Atkins, Tommy Copp and Burt Foland each earning a nod into this National Hall of Fame. Accepting the awards were Dick Atkins daughter Michelle, who was only seven days old when her father lost his life in that tragic Sprintcar accident in 1966. Jeff and Tim Copp accepted their fathers award and Burt Foland was there to accept his.
